GP-88 at Motorsports 2010 at Greater Philadelphia Expo Center
GP-88 will be part of the Motorsports 2010 show in Oaks, PA. The show takes place at the Greater Philadelphia Expo Center from January 22nd to the 24th. GP-88 will on display at the APBA Region 3 booth. Come stop by and say hi.
Zabady and Kennedy Team Update
It is now confirmed that Bob Zabady will be part of the new GP team and the GP-777 will be run as the GP-555 “Showboat” in the coming season. George Kennedy has previously campaigned his own GP and driven Zabady’s last GP-555 “Showboat.”

George Kennedy Gets a Grand Prix
George Kennedy will be competing in ACHA GP next year. Kennedy has an extensive history in the Grand Prix class having most recently driven Bob Zabady’s GP-555 at Valleyfield in 2009. He has been awarded the GP-777 “The Crush” hull and is currently planning to rechristen it as “Shameless” like his previous GP. Along with Kennedy there is another new driver entering the GP class, Marc Theoret will drive the GP-444 GP Valleyfield next year.

Dave Greenlaw Jr. Wins NJ Governor’s Cup
Jersey Speed Skiff 99, Veri Cherri driven by Dave Greenlaw Jr won the first New Jersey Governor’s Cup at the 2009 Wildwood Hydrofest. Driving the boat owned by his father, Dave Sr., Dave Jr. also won the North American Championship with his riding mechanic Bobby Kennedy.
